Written for the services you sell, aimed at the places you travel to, pointing at your own website, and running out of your own account.

Google Ads for cleaning businesses, built and run by one person.

I am Iryna Paziuk, and I work from Ayr on search campaigns for domestic and commercial cleaners. I build the account out, and then I either hand it over or keep running it month to month, whichever you want.

What you pay Google for advertising and what you pay me for my work are two different bills from two different people. You will not find them added together anywhere on this site.

Three things that stay true whatever you buy

The account is yours
It is opened in your name with your billing on it. I work in it as a user you have invited, and you can remove that access yourself at any time, without telling me first.
The budget is yours, and Google bills you for it
Advertising is paid by you, to Google, on Google's own billing. It does not pass through me, I never hold it, and it is not part of any price here.
My charges are for my work
Building the campaigns, and running them if you want that. Nothing else is inside those figures, and nothing is taken as a share of what you spend.

Who this is for

Cleaning businesses that want their advertising aimed at the right jobs

One person with a van, or a team running contracts. Domestic, commercial, or both kept apart so that an office enquiry never lands on a domestic ad.

I work with businesses anywhere in the United Kingdom. Being in Ayrshire means I know what a service area looks like when the next town is twenty minutes away and the one after that is not worth the diesel, which is most of what campaign settings are actually about.

The one-off build

What the setup covers

The one-off build. Everything a cleaning business needs in place before a single search ad runs.

  1. What you sell, and where

The services worth advertising, the towns and postcodes you will travel to, and the jobs you would rather not be called about.

  2. Keywords and negatives

The searches worth paying for, grouped by service, and the long list of searches that are not - jobs, courses, free advice, DIY, the next town but one.

  3. Structure

Campaigns and ad groups arranged so that each kind of cleaning has its own budget, its own ads and its own negatives, instead of competing with itself.

  4. Ads and extensions

Search ads written per ad group, with sitelinks, callouts and structured snippets underneath them.

  5. Conversion tracking

The actions we agree to count - a submitted form, a quote request - set up in your account so that spend can be read against something other than clicks.

  6. Handover

A written note of what is in the account and how it is laid out, so you or anybody after me can pick it up.

What the setup is sized for

  • One Google Ads account
  • Up to 2 campaigns
  • Up to 6 ad groups

How long it takes

7 to 10 working days from the day the brief, the access and the payment are all in.

A working day is Monday to Friday, not counting bank holidays in Scotland. That list is not the same as the English one: 2 January and St Andrew’s Day are bank holidays here, and Easter Monday and the late-August holiday are not.

Prices

One build, then one plan or none

The setup is a one-off. The two management plans are alternatives to each other, not additions: an account is either being run under one of them or it is not. Nothing renews by itself and nothing is taken from a card.

Everything on sale, with what each one is sized for. Prices are in pounds sterling and are the whole of what is payable for my work.
PackageSized forWhenPrice
Search Campaign SetupOne Google Ads account. Up to 2 campaigns. Up to 6 ad groupsOnce, per project£390per project
Local Ads ManagementUp to 2 campaigns. One accountEvery month, until you stop it£550a month
Multi-Service Ads ManagementUp to 5 campaigns, split by type of cleaning. One accountEvery month, until you stop it£850a month

The setup charge is not inside the monthly charge. A new account needs building before there is anything to manage, so a first month normally means the setup once and then the plan you chose from the month after. An account that is already built can go straight onto a plan.

None of these figures includes what you spend on advertising. That is billed to you by Google, separately, and neither figure changes because of the other.

Month to month

What the management plans do

Both plans are the same kind of work at two sizes. The difference is how many campaigns are being kept apart, which is decided by how many different kinds of cleaning you sell.

Local Ads Management

Month-to-month running for a business working one patch with a short list of services.

£550a month

  • Regular review of the campaigns against the settings we agreed
  • Search term reviews, with new negative keywords added as they show up
  • Bid and budget adjustments inside the daily budget you have set with Google
  • Ad copy revisions and new variants where the existing ones are tiring
  • A check that conversion tracking is still recording what it is meant to record
  • A written report once a month

Runs by calendar month, invoiced monthly, and stops at the end of a paid month.

Multi-Service Ads Management

Month-to-month running for a business selling several kinds of cleaning that need keeping apart.

£850a month

  • Everything in Local Ads Management, across up to five campaigns
  • Separate structure and separate negatives for each type of cleaning you sell
  • Budget split across the services, adjusted between them as the month goes
  • Ad copy kept distinct per service, so an office enquiry is not answered by a domestic ad
  • A check that conversion tracking is still recording what it is meant to record
  • A written report once a month, broken down by service

Runs by calendar month, invoiced monthly, and stops at the end of a paid month.

The monthly report

What is in the report, and what is not

A management plan produces a written report once a month. Here is what it is made of. There are no figures on this page and there is no specimen report with numbers on it, because any number I could print here would be invented, and an invented number in a report is worse than no report at all.

What changed this month

Every adjustment made to the account, with the reason for it.

Search terms and new negatives

What people actually typed, which of it was worth paying for, and what has been blocked from now on.

Spend against your daily budget

What Google billed you, read against the daily budget set in your account. These are Google’s own figures, taken from your account, not mine.

Recorded conversions

What the tracking recorded, with a plain note of what it can and cannot see.

Ads

Which ads were paused, which were added and what is being compared against what.

What I plan next month

The next set of changes, so you can say no to any of them before they happen.

The figures in it come out of your own account, where you can see them yourself at any time without asking me. The report explains what changed and why; it does not become the only place your numbers exist.

Plainly

What I do not promise

Search advertising is an auction that somebody else runs. Anybody promising you an outcome of it is either mistaken or selling you something other than advertising.

  • A position in the search results. Where an ad shows is decided by Google’s auction at the moment someone searches, not by me and not by what you pay me.
  • A number of enquiries, calls or booked jobs.
  • A cost per enquiry, this month or any month.
  • That every ad will be approved. Google reviews ad copy against its own policies and can refuse or restrict it.
  • That a competitor will not outbid you, start advertising against you, or copy what you are running.

Costs that are not mine

What you will be billed for by somebody else

Named here so that no figure on this site is ever read as covering them.

Your advertising budget

Paid by you to Google, from your own account, on Google’s own billing. It never passes through me and it is not part of any figure on this site.

Your website

Hosting, a landing page, changes to the pages an ad points at - whoever looks after your website does that. I will say what an ad needs a page to do, and that is where my part ends.

Anything you add on top

Call tracking, a chat widget, a scheduling tool: if you decide you want one, you buy it and it is yours. Nothing here needs one.

Questions

The ones worth answering before you write

Whose Google Ads account is it?
Yours. It is opened in your name with your billing on it, and it stays yours. I work in it as a user you have given access to, and you can take that access away at any time without asking me. Nothing I build sits in an account you cannot reach.
Do I pay you the advertising budget?
No. Google bills you directly for the advertising. What you pay me is the setup charge, and the monthly charge if you take a management plan. The two are separate bills from separate people and they are never added together on this site.
Can I take the setup without a management plan?
Yes. The setup is a finished piece of work on its own, and the account is yours afterwards whether or not I ever touch it again. A management plan is a separate decision you can make later or not at all.
Can I take both management plans?
No, and there would be no point. They are two sizes of the same monthly work: one account either has up to two campaigns run for it or up to five. You pick the one that matches what you are advertising, and you can move between them.
What do you need from me before you can start?
The brief, access to your Google Ads account, and whatever is needed to put a conversion tag on your website. The turnaround starts when all of it has arrived and the invoice is paid, not when the order is placed.

Tell me what you clean and where, and I will tell you what it would take.

The form asks for the services, the area, your website and the budget you have in mind for Google. You get the scope and the figure back in writing, and nothing is charged until you have said yes to them.
