CleanYourAds is a trading name used by Iryna Paziuk. There is no company behind it and no team: one person trades under the name and answers for what is done under it.
The work
Search advertising for cleaning, and nothing else
Every business needs its ads written in its own language, and cleaning has more of its own language than most: an end of tenancy enquiry, a weekly office contract and a one-off after builders are three different customers who happen to search at the same time of day.
Sticking to one trade means the negative keyword lists are already long before your account is opened, and that the structure question - what gets its own campaign and what shares one - is answered from the shape of your service list rather than from a template.
I do not build websites, write blog posts, run social accounts or sell search engine optimisation. If what you need is one of those, I will say so rather than sell you campaigns that point at a page which cannot take an enquiry.
How I work
Rules I hold myself to, whether or not you ask
These are not promises about results. They are promises about conduct, which is the part that is actually mine to control.
The account is opened in your name
Never in mine, never in one I own and rent out to you. You keep the logins and the billing. If we stop working together you lose nothing, because there is nothing of yours in my possession.
Your money goes to Google, not through me
I never hold advertising money, never mark it up and never take a share of it. What I charge is for my time, and it is the same whether you spend a little or a lot.
Changes are written down
What was changed in your account, and why, goes in the monthly report. An account nobody can explain is an account nobody can take over, including you.
I will tell you when advertising is the wrong answer
If the enquiries would land on a page that does not say what you do or where, or a form nobody answers, ads will not fix it and I will say so before taking the setup fee, not after.
No lock-in
The management plans run month by month. There is no minimum term, no notice period dressed up as one, and no penalty for stopping. You can also remove my access yourself, at any time, without telling me first.
No guesses presented as results
Reports carry the figures out of your own account, which you can read yourself. Nothing is estimated, smoothed or rounded up into a better month than the one that happened.
What is not on this site
No testimonials, no client logos, no performance figures
You will not find any of those here, and their absence is deliberate rather than an oversight. Anything I could show about work done for somebody else needs that person's written permission and comes out of their advertising account, and what an account spends and returns is their business, not mine to publish for the sake of a page.
The search advert on the front page is written by me for this site. It is the shape of the thing, with a stand-in address on it, and it is not a record of anybody's campaign.
When there is work that can honestly be shown, with permission to show it, it will appear here and it will say whose it is.

Write to ask@cleanyourads.org, or use the form on the Contact page. A working day is Monday to Friday, not counting bank holidays in Scotland. That list is not the same as the English one: 2 January and St Andrew’s Day are bank holidays here, and Easter Monday and the late-August holiday are not.
